Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS and/or UPS. The carrier used for your order is determined based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Shipping Options and Rates
We offer the following shipping methods to all U.S. addresses:
- Express: 1-2 business days | $18.00
- Standard: 3-5 business days | $10.00
Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO military addresses). Delivery times to non-contiguous states and territories may be longer than standard estimates.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also track your order at any time by visiting your account on our website or by contacting us directly.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at edencoffeendessert@gmail.com. We will do our best to make corrections before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your property and with neighbors.
- Check with your local post office or UPS access point.
- Wait 2 business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early.
- Contact us at edencoffeendessert@gmail.com if the issue remains unresolved.
For packages damaged in transit, please save all packaging materials and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Delays and Exceptions
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, or other events outside our control. During peak seasons such as the winter holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
